Change of Mind
A full refund is possible if you change you mind prior to your flowers being ordered and made. Scissor and Spade reserves the right to refuse a refund if your order has already been made. If a product or service provided by Scissor and Space arrives damaged or not as described then you will be entitled to a refund, replacement or credit - one of your choosing.
Replacements and Refunds
Replaced products will be of an identical type as possible to the product originally supplied. Refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
How much time has passed since you bought the product or service will be taken into consideration prior to agreeing to a replacement or refund;

how a customer is likely to use the product
the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to last
the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
